Taapsee Pannu appeared in the 2021 Netflix film Haseen Dilruba alongside Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane. The film turned out to be the most-watched Hindi film on Netflix of that year, reaching top 10 in 22 countries. After 3 years, fans will not get to see a sequel to the popular film as Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba is set for release today on Netflix. The actress, currently promoting the film Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba, made a stop in Delhi for a promotional event, where her father treated everyone to chole bhature for lunch. A source close to the promotion of Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba shared, “Taapsee’s father brought chole bhature for everyone during the film’s promotions in Delhi.” The source also mentioned that this isn’t just a one-time gesture but a tradition Taapsee follows during all her promotions in Delhi. The source further added, “Whenever she is in Delhi to promote any of her films, she always asks her father to bring chole bhature from a place near their home. It’s a ritual she observes every time.”
Taapsee is known for her passion for food, and despite her hectic work schedule, she always finds time to enjoy her favourite dishes. Her love for food isn’t just limited to Indian cuisine; she appreciates a wide range of flavours and experiences. During her recent visit to Paris for the 2024 Olympics, Taapsee made the most of her time in the city by immersing herself in the local culture, both in fashion and food. Taapsee didn’t miss the chance to indulge in the culinary delights that Paris is famous for. She was seen relishing croissants, a quintessential French pastry, along with other local delicacies.
Taapsee Pannu has yet another release this month in the form of Khel Khel Mein. It also stars Akshay Kumar, Ammy Virk, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Aditya Seal and Pragya Jaiswal. The film is scheduled to release on August 15. Khel Khel Mein marks Fardeen Khan’s comeback to cinema after a considerable hiatus.
