Abdu Rozik, famous from Bigg Boss 15, shocked everyone on Thursday by saying he’ll marry in July 2024 on Instagram. When News18 Showsha asked his friend Shiv Thakare, he said he didn’t know about the wedding. Shiv talked to Abdu an hour ago and heard nothing about it. He’s now wondering if the wedding news is true, as he only found out on social media. “I have no idea about it. I don’t know who the girl is. Got to know it via social media only. Rather, I spoke to Abdu just 30 minutes back and he didn’t mention anything about the wedding. Don’t know if these reports are false,” Shiv had told us.
Now, in an interview with ETimes, Shiv said that he’s excited for Abdu’s wedding and he will be dancing to his heart’s content. He said, “I initially felt it was a prank and told a media publication also. After seeing the news everywhere, Abdu called and informed me that the news is actually true and that he is getting married. He is my younger brother and I am over the moon that he is getting married. I am going to attend his wedding festivities and dance like crazy. We spoke about the engagement also and I am happy for him.”
In the video clip that Abdu had posted, he was seen seated on a couch, wearing a crisp, black and white tuxedo. “As you know, I am 20 years old. I have a dream of falling in love, getting a girl who respects me and loves me too much. It’s been my dream. Suddenly, I found that girl, who is respecting me, giving me too much love. I don’t know how to say… I am too much excited. I have one surprise for all of you,” he said.
Hailing from Tajikistan, Abdu Rozik gained popularity in India after he participated in Bigg Boss 15. His performance in the show was widely loved by all including the host, Salman Khan. During his Bigg Boss stint, he became a close friend with his co-contestants – Shiv Thakare, Sajid Khan, MC Stan and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Last year, Abdu also made a guest appearance on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 when he was seen supporting his friend, Shiv Thakare.
