A photograph of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs with one of his alleged underage sexual assault victims from a 1998 white party has emerged. The unnamed male, who was reportedly only 16 years old at the time, was seen posing with the then-28-year-old founder of Bad Boy Records at an event in the Hamptons. In this image, Combs has his arm around the individual, referred to as John Doe in a recent lawsuit, as they stand on a lawn next to carnival-themed booths.

According to Page Six, the accused himself shared the photo. John Doe reportedly claimed the assault took place during the 1998 event. He shared that Combs would coat his victims in lotions or body oils laced with the drug GBH, allowing it to be absorbed through the skin, making them easier to assault.

In a lawsuit filed on Monday in the US District Court in Manhattan, Doe claims the now 54-year-old hip-hop mogul fondled him during the same occasion. According to the complaint, Combs allegedly told him he had “the look” of a star before suddenly instructing the teenager to pull down his pants, reports Page Six.

Doe is one of six individuals who filed lawsuits against Combs on Monday, alleging a variety of crimes, including rape, sexual assault, and threats of violence.

These plaintiffs are being represented by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who mentioned that he has been in touch with around 120 of Combs’ alleged victims, including men, women, and minors.

In response, Combs’ legal team insisted to Page Six that the “Act Bad” rapper “has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.” Their statement continued, “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity. M. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defences, and the integrity of the judicial process.”

On September 16, Combs was arrested in New York City and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to these charges and was denied bail. A judge has scheduled Combs’ trial for May 5, 2025.
