Rashmika Mandanna Sports Sindoor As She Returns As Srivalli in Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2; FIRST Look Out

Rasmika Mandanna’s birthday has become even more special. Her first look poster from her upcoming movie, Pushpa 2: The Rule has finally been released. On Friday, the makers of the film took to its official social media handles and dropped the poster featuring Rashmika as Srivalli.

In the poster, Rashmika Mandanna is seen sporting a saree as she accessorised it with heavy jewellery. She also applied sindoor on her forehead as she kept a stern expression on her face. Check it out here:

Previously, Rashmika Mandanna teased Pushpa 2 when she promised that the film would be “bigger” than ever. “I can promise you that Pushpa 2 is going to be so much bigger. We gave some madness in the first film, in part 2, we know we have a responsibility because people have so much expectation from the film. We are constantly and consciously trying to deliver that. I just shot for a song for Pushpa 2 and I was just like, ‘How are you guys thinking about this?’ Everyone is so driven to make a good film. All of us have gone all out and are enjoying the process. It’s a story that has no end, you can lead it any which way. It is fun,” she told Pinkvilla.

Besides Rashmika, Pushpa 2 also stars Allu Arjun in the lead. His first look poster from Pushpa 2 was released last year. In the poster, Allu Arjun was seen dressed in a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red. He also sported makeup with heavy traditional gold and flower jewellery. Besides this, he was also seen sporting jhumkas and a nose ring along with bangles in the poster.

Released in 2021, Pushpa: The Rise was written and directed by Sukumar. The film turned out to be a blockbuster and ruled the box office. The last leg of shooting for Pushpa 2 is currently underway in Vizag. Pushpa 2: The Rule might also feature Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a cameo. Sanjay Dutt is also likely to make a special appearance in the movie. The film will hit theatres on August 15, 2024.
