Rana Daggubati Joins Rajinikanth's Vettaiyan, Updates Followers With A Selfie

After the massive success of Jailer, superstar Rajinikanth is set to create historical records at the box office again with his upcoming movie Vettaiyan. Supported by an ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Fassil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier and Ritika Singh, the movie is slated for a worldwide release this year. The film is written and directed by TJ Gnanavel, famous for Jai Bhim.

Previously, the official title of the movie was announced on the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday, accompanied by a title teaser which immediately went viral after the release. As per the latest updates, actor Rana Daggubati revealed through his Instagram story that he has joined the sets of the film Vettaiyan and has already begun the shooting.

In the viral Instagram story, the actor shared a selfie on his Instagram story with the caption, “ Day 1 of filming!! Let’s fire it up; T170.” As per the media reports, after the actor shared this news many started to inquire about the possible presence of superstar Rajinikanth in the popular Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. With an aspiration to catch both Rajinikanth and Rana Daggubati in action, the fans rushed towards the shooting location. Earlier, a viral image of Rajinikanth and Fahadh Faasil on the sets of Vettaiyan garnered attention. The viral photo appeared to capture Rajinikanth and Fahadh Faasil during a scene with individuals on the set providing umbrellas for the actors. The leaked photograph reveals a moment from the film’s shooting, depicting a momentary break between shots. The reports at that time indicated that the shooting was taking place in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
