Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Golden Jubilee Celebration To Have CM Chandrababu Naidu
A grand curtain-raising program for the Golden Jubilee celebrations was also held recently.

The Telugu film industry is preparing for a grand celebration to commemorate Nandamuri Balakrishna’s 50th anniversary in cinema. The event is slated to take place on September 1 at the Hitex Novotel Hotel in Hyderabad. The ceremony, arranged by renowned members of the Telugu film industry, marks a significant milestone in the illustrious career of Balakrishna. Major figures from the Telugu Film Producers Council and the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, including Secretary T Prasanna Kumar, President Bharat Bhushan, and producers KL Narayana, Gemini Kiran, Kommineni Venkateswara Rao, Alankar Prasad, and Raja Yadav, extended an invitation to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to grace the event.

CM Naidu responded positively to the invitation and expressed his interest in attending the event. He also inquired about the challenges and developments within the industry.

Earlier, Megastar Chiranjeevi was also invited to the event. Bharat Bhushan, Damodar Prasad, Prasanna Kumar, Raja Ravindra, Gemini Kiran, KL Narayana, Madala Ravi, Anupam Reddy, Producer C Kalyan, Director Veera Shankar, Producer Ashok Kumar, Anil Vallabhaneni from Telugu Film Producers Council, Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce, Telangana State Film Chamber of Commerce, Movie Artist Association, and Telugu Film Employees Federation invited him to grace the golden jubilee celebrations.

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s brothers, Ramakrishna and Mohanakrishna, launched the poster. “It is really a great thing that my younger brother Balakrishna has completed 50 years as an actor. He has proven himself as an actor who can do any role. Balakrishna stood in the industry as the successor of our father (NT Rama Rao) continuing the legacy. Balakrishna is the successor of his father not only in acting but also in politics,” Mohanakrishna said.

Nandamuri Balakrishna made his debut as a child artist with the film Tatamma Kala, directed by his father, NT Rama Rao. He acted in several films, including Daana Veera Soora Karna (1977), Sri Madvirata Parvam (1979), Akbar Salim Anarkali (1979), and Sri Tirupati Venkateswara Kalyanam (1979). Balayya is currently working on his 109th film under the direction of Bobby.
