Grace Van Patten and Jackson White, who play a toxic couple on-screen, actually have a loving relationship in real life. They attended the premiere of Tell Me Lies season 2 together. They will star in the Hulu original series and were seen posing together at the event, refraining from any public display of affection.
While Patten made heads turn at the premiere in a light pink slip dress with black peep-toes, Jackson complemented his bae in a charcoal suit, black undershirt and matching leather boots.
Both were also spotted together in New York City on Friday. The actress sported a comfy look in a dark blue shirt with matching pants, elevating it with orange Adidas trainers and a red bag during the casual outing. Jackson White kept it stylish in a dark T-shirt and jeans.
Rumours about their off-screen romance have been circulating since they collaborated for the first season of Tell Me Lies in 2022. From keeping the romance low-key, they stepped out holding each other’s hand in November. Recently, in a joint interview with ABC News, the couple confirmed their relationship.
In another conversation with People, Patten said it was “trippy” working with Jackson White since the two “are together in real life and he knows me better than anyone.”
In 2022, while speaking on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, Jackson White shared that he had “such a crush” on her. “She is the coolest, most grounded, amazing person you’ll ever meet,” he said.
Tell Me Lies has been created by Meaghan Oppenheimer. Adapted from Carola Lovering’s novel, the romantic drama delves into the tumultuous relationship between college students Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco, played by Grace Van Patten and Jackson White. Season 2 of the show premiered on Wednesday on Hulu, with subsequent episodes scheduled to be released weekly.
