Elvish Yadav In Trouble Again, Police Complaint Filed For Taking Photos At Kashi Vishwanath Temple
A complaint has been filed against Elvish Yadav by Varanasi sessions court advocate named Prateek Kumar Singh.

Elvish Yadav has landed in trouble again. As reported by Times of India, a police complaint has been filed against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and YouTuber for allegedly clicking photos inside the Kashi Vishwanath temple complex. Reportedly, this complaint has been filed by a Varanasi sessions court advocate named Prateek Kumar Singh.

In his letter, the advocate claimed that ever since Elvish Yadav took pictures inside the temple complex, questions have been raised on authorities for allegedly being biased. The use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the temple premises. Singh has now urged police authorities to take action against Elvish in the matter.

This is not the first time that Elvish Yadav has landed in legal trouble. The YouTuber is also being probed in connection to the Noida Snake Venom Case. Earlier this week, Yadav appeared at the ED office in Lucknow in connection to the case.

However, as he made his way to the office, he was mobbed by the press who asked him to respond to the charges. Elvish dodged the questions and said that the matter was sub-judice and he wouldn’t want to talk about it. He said he would only know more about it once he spoke to the ED officials. “Jo unhone maanga tha, woh maine submit kiya hai ab woh batayenge. Main baar baar ek cheez repeat nahi kar sakta,” he said to the press, as per videos circulating on X.

In March this year, Elvish Yadav was arrested by Noida Police in a snake poisoning case. The case was lodged under provisions of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 and for criminal conspiracy under section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, they said. A day after his arrest, NDTV claimed Elvish had admitted to his crimes. However, no official statement was released.

A week later, Yadav was granted bail, on a 50,000 bail bond. Talking about the same, his lawyer Prashant Rathi told the media, “Our arguments in this case was that he was falsely accused and no substance was obtained from him or his friends that violated the NDPS act. The court has granted bail to him (Elvish Yadav) as well as his two friends on two sureties of Rs 50,000 each.”

Later, Elvish also recalled the time he spent in jail and called it a “very bad phase of his life”. “The one week that went by, no doubt, was a very bad phase of life. What to talk about the time I was inside (jail). Let’s start a new chapter on a positive note. All those who supported me didn’t support me, talked badly or well about me, thanks to all. I can only thank everyone. I am back to my work,” he said in one of his vlogs.
