On World Health Day, observed on April 7, the actress shared an inspiring snippet from her daily workout session. Through this glimpse into her intense routine, she motivated her followers and also emphasised the importance of prioritising one’s physical well-being.

In the video, Preity Zinta is seen engaging in pilates while being guided by celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. She is seen focusing on her leg workout, gradually alleviating stress from her entire body. Accompanying the reel, she wrote in the caption, “Love your body… It’s your first home.”
