Nirjala Ekadashi 2024: Astrologer Provides Tips To Have Financial Stability
If you want to ensure financial stability, you should perform these rituals on the auspicious occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi.

Nirjala Ekadashi is believed to be the most significant Ekadashi of the year, as per Hinduism. This year, the Nirjala Ekadashi will be observed tomorrow, June 18. On this day, people hold special puja of Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu at their homes and workplaces. It is believed that worshipping Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu on this auspicious day with proper rituals helps a person address financial issues and instability. It is the most sacred Ekadashi among the other 24 Ekadashis observed. Bhopal-based astrologer and Vastu consultant Pandit Hitendra Kumar Sharma chips in with his bits of advice in this regard.

According to Pandit Hitendra Kumar Sharma, if you want to ensure financial stability then you should perform these rituals on the auspicious occasion of Nirjala Ekadashi. He added that the tulsi plant is considered a sign of Goddess Lakshmi and you have to perform these rituals with the root of the tulsi plant to address your financial issues.

Astrologer Pandit Hitendra Kumar Sharma mentioned that tying the root of the tulsi plant in a red cloth along with some rice and keeping it on the main door of the house is a sacred practice. It helps to please Goddess Lakshmi. You can also draw the footprints of Goddess Lakshmi to welcome her to your house.

Many people keep fast and perform special rituals on this auspicious day. According to the Hindu Calendar, the auspicious tithi of Shukla Paksha Ekadashi of Jyeshtha month will start on June 17 at 4:43 AM and stay till June 18 at 6:24 AM. The Nirjala Ekadashi fast is set to be held on June 18th, Tuesday. Wake up early in the morning and take a bath. Start the day by offering prayers to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Vishnu and start the fast. This fast is considered the most difficult as it is observed during the Jyeshtha Month when the temperature remains high.
