Gurgaon: A 20 year-old woman, hailing from West Bengal, was on Friday gangraped by six men in Gurgaon.
As per the victim, she along with her friend and one of the accused persons came from delhi to a guest house, where the remaining accused persons were present, situated at DLF Gurgaon for her Birthday celebration on the night of October 15 2015. All the six accused in this case belong to Nepal.
On the pretext of celebration, the accused persons got drunk and gang raped her one by one. The victim and her friend were also allegedly beaten up. Next day morning her friend managed to slip away from the guest house and informed the police. Consequently the girl was freed from the clutches of accused persons and an FIR was registered in this regard.
All the accused persons have been arrested. The medical test of the rape survivor was conducted and her statement recorded before a judicial magistrate by the police. Further investigations are going on in the matter.
