With the ongoing Punjab food festival Zaika Punjab Da at Olives, Deccan Plaza, what more could the city’s non meat-eating people have asked for. Deccan Plaza has been promoting eco-friendly vegetarianism in the city.
Cuisine from the land of five rivers has set up a landmark with its culinary delights and dishes from this region of India are distinctive for its appetising aroma and delicious taste that not only satisfy the taste buds and appetite but also rest of the senses.
Olives, with Zaika Punjab Da, will take its diners to a gastronomic journey to Punjab. The scrumptious buffet includes welcome drink, three starters, 10 main courses, two different dal, three flavored varieties of rice, assorted breads, salads and desserts. The delicacies will include most famous Sarson Da Saag, Makki Di Roti to authentic delicacies such as Paneer Patiala, Pindi Chole, Kadi Pakodi, Baigan ka Bharta, Dal Maharani, Gurparay, Jalebi, Rabri and Gur Poli among others.
The buffet at Olives will be available between 7pm and 11pm, everyday and 12.30pm to 3pm during the weekends (Friday to Sunday). The festival will continue till September 30.
The buffet is reasonably priced at Rs 400 for an adult and at Rs 200 for a child (taxes/surcharge applicable). Ladies do not forget to collect your goodies and please do not forget to drop your business card at the hostess desk to participate in lucky draw.
