MATTANCHERY: Two persons were killed on Sunday when the bike on which they were riding was hit by a car near Konakan tank on Island-Kundanoor Road. The duo was rushed to the hospital where they were declared dead. The deceased are Nihas, 21 and brother Munas, 19, of Mattanchery. The postmortem examination was conducted on Sunday and the body will be handed over to the relatives on Monday.
