Bashir Khan from Rajasthan’s Churu had this experience.Fed up with constant taunts about his clothing, Khan decided to wear only white outfits. Today, he is widely known in the city as ‘White Man.’
After being fed up with the hassle of matching the right colour of shirts with the right pair of trousers, Bashir Khan took this bold step. Fond of fashion since childhood, Bashir initially wore clothes chosen by his parents.
Once he started earning, he began investing in expensive outfits of his own choice. However, when he showcased these to his friends and acquaintances, he often faced criticism about his choice of colours. Frustrated by these remarks, he decided to wear only white clothes, thereby eliminating the entire issue of ‘matching’ the right colour of clothes entirely.
Now, Bashir Khan wears his signature colour all the time, He has white shirts, pants, undergarments, shoes, and socks. His car is white as well. Since white clothes get dirty quickly, so he has had multiple outfits tailored to ensure that he can always be in white.
Khan has been maintaining his all-white style for the last 40 years. He started wearing white since the age of 22. Even now, when he is 62, his commitment to white continues.
