The accused has been charged under Sections relevant sections of the IPC and the IT Act.
Thane: A 28-year-old man who allegedly filmed his wife and posted the video on a pornographic site was arrested on Friday. Senior police inspector Ajay Kurandkar of Navghar police station said that the man's wife had complained to the police that he did it to earn money since he is jobless, the police said.
Based on the complaint, the police arrested Ashish Gupta, a resident of Navghar in the Bhayander region, the police said.
He has been charged under Sections relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act, the police said.
