Students must unite to protect values

PALAKKAD: The students should join hands to protect values in society as we are facing an erosion of values, said general secretary of the Samastha Kerala Jamiat-ul Ulema Kanthapuram AP Aboobacker Musaliar.He was speaking after inaugurating the valedictory function of the state-levelcampus conference organised by the state committee of the Sunni Students Federation on the Hasniya campus in Kallekad, here, on Saturday. He said the atmosphere of the campuses needs to be cordial.“It is the students who reflect society. They are the ones who have acquired knowledge and who should use it for the betterment of society,” he said. The delegates from various arts, science and professional colleges in the state participated in the conference. K P Mohammed Musaliar presided over the meet.
