Student Police Cadets to hold Subhayatra

KOCHI: In the wake of the increasing number of traffic accidents, student police cadets will organise a state-wide road awareness project, Subhayatra from April 17 to 26. In Kochi, Subhayatra will be organised by students of 11 schools in the city. The students along with eminent personalites in the society will conduct programmes for the drivers and the pedestrians at all the major traffic junctions of the city. The students will also distribute pledge cards.The programme will be inaugurated by Excise Minster K Babu at Vyttila on Tuesday morning.
