State will be paralysed from August 17: TJAC

HYDERABAD: TJAC chairman Prof M Kodandaram has said that as a part of Sakalajanula Samme the entire state adminitration would be paralysed.Speaking at the maha dharna organised by the Telangana Teachers’ JAC at Indira Park, here on Wednesday, attended by 24 teachers’ association representatives, Kodandaram said all the elected representatives from Telangana should quit their posts and submit resignations to the speaker. He said resignations only would help build pressure on the Centre to achieve T state.“This is the right time for all parties to show unity on T issue,” he said.Apart from Kodandaram, TRS MLAs T Hrish Rao, Kuppula Eshwar, TDP rebel MLAs Nagam Janardhan Reddy, Harishwar Reddy and several other leaders also visited the dharna camp.Telangana TDP forum convener E Dayakar Rao and MLC Chukka Ramaiah faced embarrassing moments at the dharna site. The agitators wanted Ramaiah to spell out United Teacher’s Front stand on T.When Dayakar Rao arrived at Indira park, the teachers raised slogans against the TDP and Dayakar Rao calling him a Telangana Drohi forcing him to take a hasty retreat.
