PM, HM should answer Rajas charges: Babu

HYDERABAD: The prime minister and the Union home minister should respond to the allegations made by former telecommunications minister A Raja over the 2G spectrum scam, leader of the opposition in the state Assembly N Chandrababu Naidu has demanded.Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, the Telugu Desam president recalled that his party had long back demanded the resignation of the prime minister for the scam.“The prime minister may be an honest man but shielding corrupt ministers is not good.Manmohan Singh himself admitted that he could not act on corrupt cases due to coalition politics. It means that he protected corrupt politicians and is answerable for the same,” Naidu said.
