One held under Goonda Act

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Ratheesh alias Kinkaran Binu, 26, a resident of Manvila Lalitha Bhavan, was arrested by the Thumba Police under the Goonda Act.He has been allegedly involved in several criminal offences including murder, theft and assault cases registered in various police stations. The arrest was made possible after the officers got a tip-off that Binu was hiding near Palode.According to the police, Binu, who was out on bail, had secretly pursued his criminal activities. After coming to know about his activities, police had sought the permission of District Collector to include him in the Goonda List.
