HYDERABAD: Police arrested nine persons involved in gambling at a house and recovered Rs 46,000, 13 cell phones, 3 two-wheelers and a car from their possession.M Kistaiah, assistant commissioner of police, South Zone said around 5 a.m on Friday, sleuths of Moghalpura police raided a house at Shaheen Heights at Sultan Shahi in Moghalpura on a tip-off, and arrested nine persons involved in gambling.The accused are Amjad Baig, a resident of Bandlaguda, Nadeem Hussain and Syed Ahmed of Hafeezbaba Nagar, Khaja Moinuddin, resident of Nashemannagar, Abdul Khader, resident of Talabkatta, Md Asad, resident of Bilalnagar, Syed Hyder Hussain of Chanchalguda, Syed Ajju, a student and resident of Malakpet and Shaik Javeed from Aman Nagar.A case was registered in Moghalpura police station and investigation is on.
