Nalco fetes new sarpanches

ANGUL: Nalco management felicitated the newly-elected sarpanches of the peripheral villages at its training centre here on Saturday.Addressing the elected representatives, the executive director of Smelter and Power Plant, PR Chaudhury, said he would visit the affected villages to understand their problems and monitor the development works being taken up with Nalco funds.The sarpanches took up the problems of their respective areas and urged Nalco to address the issues. The General Manager (Human Resource Development), Asoke Sahu, said Nalco was keen to address the issues in proper light. DGM Pradosh Mahanty was present.
