Mollywood superstar Mohanlal has been always keen in monitoring the social and cultural developments in the state and in expressing his opinion through media. His blog writings has thousands of regular followers, who are ready to take up the arguments posed by the star.
Lal has opined recently that though the campus elections are all based on politics, the selected representatives must make it a point to work without political barriers. They must progressively devote themselves for the development of all students and institutions without looking for their political biases.
Mohanlal was speaking in the valedictory function of the union of Sree Sankaracharya University, Kalady, which has recently bestowed him with a doctorate. Lal who expressed his happiness for the being selected as the receipt of the award also received the paintings drawn and presented by the students of the university.
