The driver of the car was 22-year-old Aditi Jagtap, the daughter of a reputed cardiologist.
Pune: 22-year-old Aditi Jagtap, who was in police custody for ramming her Mercedes into at least 15 vehicles and injuring six civilians in the process, was given bail from Pune cantonment court.
Aditi is the daughter of a reputed cardiologist.
The incident happened on the Kondwa Road here in Pune on Tuesday night. The six injured persons have been taken to a nearby hospital and now are being treated for their injuries.
After the incident Sanjay Jadhav, DCP, Pune said, “22-year-old Aditi Jagtap dashed the car into a woman, then after that in a state of panic she entered into a wrong lane and rammed the car into 4 rickshaws and a scooter.”
Aditi was reportedly driving the Mercedes for the very first time.
