BANGALORE:  The Lokayukta Special Court has reserved orders on the bail plea of former chief minister B S  Yeddyurappa, his kin and others, which it will pronouce on October 3.On Saturday, the court completed hearing on the case of illegal denotification of lands in Uttarahalli, Rachenahalli and Agara in which 10 persons, including Yeddyurappa and his sons,  have been named accused. The court will on the same day also pronounce orders on granting bail in another case relating to illegal denotification of lands. The court also conducted hearing on the fourth case against Yeddyurappa and others (PCR 171) on Saturday. Yeddyurappa and his son Raghavendra were absent in the morning session, but were present in the afternoon and were seen sitting in the accused box.Arguing on behalf of the complainant C H Hanumantharaya, advocate Nithin said that the defence that Yeddyurappa was not chief minister during 2006-07, when the lands in Agara and Rachenahalli were denotified does not hold water as he was then the deputy CM. After Yeddyurappa came to power, companies such as Dhavalagiri Properties were started by his sons, he added. He also argued that the land in Uttarahalli was denotified in the name of Hemchandra Sagar and land in Anekal in Krishnaiah Shetty’s name. To this, Nayak stated that the complaianant has produced fake documents and called for a CBI probe to  verify its veracity.
