New Delhi: Delhiites are likely to get some respite from the sweltering heat as the MeT department has predicted light rains and thunderstorm in some parts of the city today.

"There will be a partly cloudy sky and light rains and thunderstorms could occur in some areas," MeT department officials said.
The minimum temperature recorded this morning was 25.3 degree Celsius, three notches below normal.
However, the humidity levels recorded this morning at 8:30 AM were high at 68 per cent.
