There was this film I have been meaning to watch for a long time and finally I bought its CD and watched it. The film's called Bluff Master. Pretty decent film a bit " Hutke " I could say.

Anyway's There is this situation in the film where Abhishek Bachchan is duped into believing that he is dying and has only three months to live and he understandably gets upset. His doctor played by Bomen Irani tries to cheer him up and says, "Why don't you live up these 3months, Life is about moments. How many happy or special moments can you recall in your life??"

We all must have our fare share of few beautiful moments that no matter where we are or what we are going through; brings a smile on our face. Makes you think how many of these moments can we all recall.

Few from school, maybe a successfully pulled off prank on a classmate or a teacher, a crush becoming a reality, buying something for your mother from your first salary, A great trip with friends... first love...first kiss.

If you think about it there will be countless such experience's. Some of them trickle into our heart and mind and become a beautiful memory. But seriously, come to think of it, I can say for myself that at least at the age of 32 years I can recall maybe 10 - 15 such moments or maybe less.

32 years I have lived and even if I reduce first 12 years of my life from it as memory lapse it still leaves me with 20 years spent with just handful of beautiful moments I can recall. Not that I had an unhappy life. It's been a normal life so far just like anybody else's with usual ups and downs. Then what went wrong?? Where did the rest of my days go?? Why couldn't I build more of those beautiful moments?? Do they happen by chance or we can create them? Do these moments get lost in Mon-Sat work routine and a fixed Sunday itinerary?

The amount of efforts we give into earning money and becoming successful all through our adult life, do we give as much effort in creating beautiful moments in our lives? Frankly speaking I myself don't know how to create those moments. I do know, it doesn't mean going out on a European holiday every year. I am sure all moments can't be bought, well not always.

I have met some new fathers who tell me that having a child is the greatest experience in their life and I am sure it is. It gives them a bigger reason to go back home and as they reach home and hold that little joy in their arms they lose all their worries of the world.

But sometimes this blissful feeling of coming home to a newborn grows with the child into an excuse of not playing with the kids, as they are tired from work or taking the kids out on a weekend becomes more of a duty sometimes then the beautiful feeling of realizing that the small ones are not so small anymore as they start identifying landmarks or blurt out new words.

We long for so many things in life and few lucky ones even get what they want and after a few days of glory, lose interest. Human nature!!

That's what keeps us going. Agreed!! Greed for bigger things...hmm sounds negative...ok ambition is good but smaller things bring bigger smiles, that's what I believe.

Damn!! I have rambled on long enough. Well the point is, can't we all Manage Life such that we genuinely try to create moments out of our daily lives that stick with us and makes us smile whenever we think about them.

But then there is this line I live by:
