Chandigarh: The India and England cricket teams, which played their second cricket Test at Mohali, left for Mumbai, the venue for series' third and final Test.

The teams left their hotels at 1430 hrs IST to board the Indian's (Airline) Chandigarh-Delhi-Mumbai flight which took off at 1540 hrs IST.

Some of the Indian players including captain Rahul Dravid and Anil Kumble had left the city on Monday evening to catch a flight to Bangalore from Delhi.

Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag had also left earlier on Tuesday.

Others who had stayed back preferred to confine themselves to their hotel rooms as heavy rains on Tuesday brought down the mercury considerably.

Earlier on Tuesday, off spinner Harbhajan Singh took some time off to attend a function in a private school and celebrated Holi with the school children.

India beat England by nine wickets in the second Test to take a 1-0 lead.

The third Test will begin on Saturday.
