IAS officers meet CM, register protest

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The IAS Officers’ Association members met Chief Minister Oommen Chandy here on Saturday and registered their protest for including IAS officers as accused in a land allotment case connected with Opposition Leader V S Achuthanandan.Association members, led by Manoj Joshi and S M Vijayanand, also requested the Chief Minister to reinstate the screening committee to settle the complaints of IAS officers.They also complained to the Chief Minister about their workload.
