Understanding of GodGod is someone on whom I depend and rely on completely. I have found peace in God. No matter what happens, good or bad, I am learning to accept it, because I believe that God wants it to be that way. He has a great plan in store for each and every one of us.Faith in miraclesI believe in miracles but my faith in Jesus Christ does not depend on that alone. It’s the little miracles which happen everyday that have built my faith and have an impact on me. I needn’t wait for big miracles alone.Faith in meditationThe problem with us is that we think of God as only a superpower who needs to be feared and respected. We see him as one who is quite unreachable. For every human relationship to thrive, we have to work on it and communicate. In the same way, I believe we need to have a "relationship" with God where we not only go to him with our "shopping list" but we also share our daily experiences with him like our trials, fears, successes and joyous moments. When I meditate on his word in the Bible, I get an insight into God's character and God's will. There have been several times when I have been directly led by God in different situations in my life.Spiritual practices?I don't think God wants us to follow spiritual practices, because I feel it is very ritualistic. All he wants from us is a repentant heart. He wants us to show kindness and love to others. Any practice that promotes this pleases God.Favourite pilgrimage spotsI'm so glad that God is not confined to certain places. Every place has God in it. We should look at the whole world as a pilgrimage spot because God is always present, everywhere. Thus, we have a duty towards our Earth.
