At an event in the city today, Sanjay Leela Bhansali unveiled the first look of his next film, Guzaarish starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai.
The movie, reportedly about mercy killing, has Hrithik Roshan playing the role of a paraplegic. The little more than one minute long trailer whetted our curiosity.
Talking about his role in the film, Hrithik Roshan, who seemed a little nervous, told reporters that it has been life-altering. “Its changed my perspective towards work, changed my life.”
Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the director of the film, was in high spirits and called Aishwarya Rai his muse. Aishwarya in return complimented the director and said its always a pleasure for her to work with him. Aishwarya’s last film with Bhansali was the successful Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
Hrithik complimenting Bhansali said, “When this script came to me, I jumped at it. There are some films which are made for just watching and some film are made because they have to be made and this is one such film.”
This is Hrithik’s third film with Aishwarya Rai after Dhoom 2 and Jodhaa Akbar.
Guzaarish is slated to release on 19th November 2010.
