Cochin Seaport Hotel is all set to celebrate its first Onam in grand style. Floral carpets, Onam decorations and the traditional Onasadya will be a part of the celebrations.
Much care has been taken to make food and festivities as traditional as possible. The sadhya will be served on vazhyila (plantain leaf) with a variety of 28 traditional dishes cooked in the authentic way. ‘The Cruise’, the multispecialty restaurant will serve daily buffet lunch for Rs 199+tax. In ‘The Wharf’, the seafood specialty restaurant, guests will have the option to choose from a display of wide array of fishes including kanambu, pranjil and thirutha. The fishes selected by guests will be prepared according to their taste. ‘The Filter’ Coffeeshop that serves the best brews will be open from 10.00am to 10:00pm where guests can make use of the state-ofthe- art health club and business centre.
