Former athlete P T Usha watches 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'

Mumbai: Renowned woman athlete Pilavullakandi Thekkeparambil Usha, popularly known as P T Usha, watched Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'.

"As Milkha Singh she was also a runner. She knows what it takes to achieve the value Milkha Singh has. And just to live the glory of a runner, PT Usha wanted to see the movie," a source said.

The sprint queen nicknamed 'Payyoli Express' catched up with the movie on its release last Friday.

Farhan Akhtar played the title role in the biopic of the legendary sprinter. The film revolves around Milkha Singh's passion for serving the country, his failures, triumphs and his journey. The movie has garnered a great response from audience.
