Silverstone: Ferrari has unveiled a new logo for its Formula One racing team without the disputed bar code design that was seen as being subliminal advertising for Marlboro cigarettes.

While Ferrari first removed the bar code from its chassis at the Spanish Grand Prix in May, it will remain in use away from the cars for the rest of this season.
Cigarette sponsorship in F1 has all but disappeared due to advertising bans in most countries where races are held.
Ferrari is the only team that is still sponsored by a tobacco company and will still be known as "Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro."
