THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Emirates airlines, has come out with a package for 2012 fliers. Discounts on airfares to more than 100 cities have been announced for bookings up to January 9, 2012. Customers can save up to 25 per cent on all published First Class, Business Class and Economy Class fares, departing between January 22 and June 30. For instance, Economy Class return airfare from here to Dubai starts at Rs 17,035, inclusive of taxes.“Our global sale is designed to ensure that Emirates customers enjoy the perfect start to 2012,” said Orhan Abbas, Vice-President, India & Nepal.Emirates holds an array of awards, including Air Transport World’s 2011 ‘Airline of the Year’ award and the Skytrax World Airline Award for ‘World’s Best Airline Inflight Entertainment’, for the seventh year in a row.
