CHENNAI: Retired army officer Ramraj, who has been arrested by the CBCID police in connection with the murder of Dilshan (14), has moved the Madras High Court seeking bail. Dilshan was shot dead when he allegedly entered into the army quarters in Island Grounds to pluck almonds on July 7 last. In his bail application, Ramraj submitted that he was innocent and in no way connected with the murder. The police foisted the case against them as the parents of Dilshan attempted to commit suicide.
