EoI for new plant after discussions

KOCHI: Mayor Tony Chammany on Monday said that the civic body would hold more discussions before finalising the terms and conditions of the Expression of Interest (EoI) for the construction of a new Plant at Brahmapuram.He also said that the civic body was yet to finalise when the EoI had to be floated.“The Corporation Council has not discussed the issue yet. We will only finalise things after further discussions,” the Mayor said.“We are yet to finalise the agency that will prepare the EoI documents.  The decisions will be taken only after detailed discussions,” he said Earlier, a top official from the Health Standing Committee had said that the EoI would be floated soon.
