We bring you the ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe, but minus the loads of fat. Try it out and let us know what you think.

What you need:

¾ cup chocolate chips

1/3 cup low fat butter

1 egg white

½ teaspoon vanilla essence

¾ cup refined flour (maida)

½ teaspoon soda bicarbonate

¼ teaspoon salt

15 teaspoon Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar

½ cup coarsely crushed walnuts

How to make:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Grease a baking tray.

2. Take butter in a bowl and cream it. Add egg white and vanilla essence and continue to cream for sometime and set aside.

3. In a separate bowl, sift together refined flour, soda bicarbonate and salt and fold into the butter mixture and mix well.

4. Add Sugar Free Natura Diet Sugar, walnuts and chocolate chips, reserving a few chocolate chips and mix.

5. Divide the dough into twelve equal portions and shape each into a round cookie. Place the cookies on the greased baking tray keeping enough distance between each. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top and bake at 180 degree C for 20 to 25 minutes.

6. When done remove onto a wire rack to cool before serving.
