BANGALORE: A actress, Chitrangada Singh, whose beauty grows with age, was at Garuda Mall on Wednesday. She was in the city to indulge in some shopping. The actress was spotted wearing a green tee and denims, and shopping at the Puma store in the mall. Chitrangada said, “I dress in simple clothes most of the time, I am comfortable in jeans and T- shirts and this is who I am.” She visited the store to pick up few clothes for herself and her hubby Jyoti Randhawa at the season end sale.Chitrangada started her road to fame as a model and became big with her first appearance in the movie Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi. She has had a few ups and downs in her career. She did a remarkable job as the flirtatious teacher in Desi Boyz. The actress is confident about her new project I Me Aur Main with John Abraham, which will be out in the near future. Apart from this she is looking for an opportunity to work in a South Indian movie too. Said Chitrangada, “I would love to work in a South Indian movie, if given a chance. There are so many good movies that have inspired me and I would love to work with Puneeth Rajkumar or Vijay in a South Indian movie.” On the other hand she also wants to do a movie with Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan, “ I will make sure I enjoy the entire process of being involved in a film. However, I would love to do a movie with Aamir Khan or Saif sometime soon,” she said. The multi-talented queen is also a trained Kathak dancer, she said, “Learning this form of dance has taken me a long way. The dance form has taught me to blend my body with the rhythm of music and dance accordingly. This has helped in various dance scenes. I would also love to blend Kathak into an item number.” Chitrangada is planning to stick to acting and she has no plans to move from there, she said, “ I am not planning to take up the role of a producer or a director. Right now I just want to concentrate on my acting and I will stick to that. I am not looking forward to direct any movies.”
