Of them, 62  suffer from psychological problems, 400 from health issues and 150 from life-threatening  diseases such as AIDS and heart problems.The department has tied up with the Hyderabad-based Pyramid Spiritual Trust to construct the  giant pyramid. “We decided to construct a 30 sq ft pyramid to serve as a permanent meditation centre,” director  general of prisons TP Das told Express.
