HYDERABAD: Stating that the GO issued by him on Emaar Properties in the capacity of major industries minister in the Rajasekhara Reddy cabinet was totally deviated and violated by the APIIC, APCC president and transport minister Botcha Satyanarayana has said.Asserting that the entire cabinet would have collective responsibility to all decisions taken by the Cabinet, he said the ministers but could not be held responsible for ‘behind the screen activities’ relating to cabinet decisions. The ministers concerned would be held responsible only if there was any mistake in the decision taken by the cabinet, he added. He suggested to YSR Congress chief Jagan Mohan Reddy not to approach the Supreme Court, but to prove his sincerity on allegations levelled against him about his ill-gotten wealth. If it was hard earned money running into crores of rupees and earned within a short span, then  Jagan should be sent to the Indian School of Business (ISB) for giving lectures to students on how to develop  business in such a short period, he sarcastically remarked.Talking to newsmen at the Gandhi Bhavan here on Thursday, Botcha brushed aside the YSR Congress party’s criticism that the ruling Congress has conspired to defame the family of late YSR and to target Jagan after he quit the Congress.Answering a query, the APCC chief asserted that it was impossible and not proper to demand cancellation of all land allotments made during the last six years.
