Britney Spears to appear on 'Glee'

London: Singer Britney Spears is set to make a guest appearance in an upcoming episode of the TV show Glee.

Glee creator Ryan Murphy confirmed that Spears will be making a cameo in the show about a high school choir. However, the specifics of her role have yet to be finalised, reports news.com.au.

"The Britney episode I'm here to say is so reverential about her and so kind, and it's about her music and not about her personal life. We're handling Britney with kid gloves," said Murphy.
