Bigg Boss 7: Did Gauahar vote for Sangram thinking of ousting him?

New Delhi: With just a few days left for the finale, the remaining five inmates are competing to secure their place in the grand finale. To make things more interesting in the last week, Bigg Boss asks inmates to gather in the living room and unveils a mysterious briefcase tied up with chains. However, he maintains secrecy about the content inside the briefcase and asks inmates to collectively elect one contestant who deserves to own it.

While the housemates wreck their brains over the content of the briefcase, Gauahar voluntarily opts out of the discussion saying that she doesn't want the briefcase. Andy further suggests that the briefcase should go to Sangram as he is one of the strongest and toughest contenders in the game.

On the other hand, Ajaz guesses that the briefcase must have some money inside it and he is also willing to take the briefcase. The inmates decide to cast their vote either in favour of Ajaz or Sangram. One by one, the housemates give out names except Tanishaa who is not in favour of voting system and backs out at the last moment. Gauahar and Andy vote for Sangram.

Andy gets quite upset over Tanishaa's behaviour and taunts her for not taking a stand. Tanishaa gets offended with Andy's comments and confides into Ajaz that she is tired of hearing that she does not take a stand. Later, she tells Andy that she votes for Ajaz.

Later in the day, Gauahar tells Bigg Boss that the inmates have chosen Sangram as the most deserving contestant for briefcase. Bigg Boss asks Sangram to open the briefcase and inside it he finds an envelope which reads, 'first finalist'.

Everyone congratulates Sangram and later Tanishaa tells Ajaz that Gauahar must be quite disappointed as she voted for Sangram thinking that there must be something negative inside the briefcase. She says, "Gauahar has voted against Sangram in the past and she wants Sangram to be out of the competition". Bigg Boss also announces that out of the remaining four contestants, one would not be able to make it to the grand finale.
