"The anti-incumbency factor will not work against the BJP in the elections," Tomar told reporters here on Monday.
He said that BJP was not over-confident about the elections, but it was hopeful of a victory due to the developmental work done by the government.
"I am confident that the BJP will win more seats this year than it had won in 2008 and a government would be formed again under Shivraj Singh Chouhan," Tomar said.
