The 2nd Round of Counseling for 7 AIIMS for July 2017 Session is scheduled for 11th August 2017 and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi has published the list of vacant seats in participating 7 AIIMS centers viz AIIMS-Bhopal, AIIMS-Bhubaneswar, AIIMS-Jodhpur, AIIMS-Patna, AIIMS-Raipur, AIIMS-Rishikesh.
The total number of vacant seats available in these 7 AIIMS Centers is 82 and the seats are distributed amongst various categories.

The authorities will release the 2nd Merit List on its official website on 8th August 2017. The successful candidates will be called for the second round of counseling. They have to report the counseling venue at J.L Auditorium, AIIMS New Delhi. The candidates must submit their original certificates along with a set of photocopy of each at the time of counseling for the verification process. Those who fail to bring the original certificate/statement of certificate – (applicable to AIIMS candidates only) as applicable will lose the eligibility in the seat allotment process.
The reporting time for General Category candidates is 8:30 AM on 11th August 2017 whereas OBC/SC/ST candidates is 12:00 Noon on the same date.
As per the notification during the counseling process, first all candidates will be called as per their merit for Un-Reserved seats and thereafter candidates belonging to OBC/SC/ST category will be called as per their merit.
The details of the counseling process, eligibility for counseling, a list of eligible candidates, details of vacant seat position (may change during the time of counseling) for the 2nd round of counseling will be uploaded on AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org at 5:00 PM on 8th August 2017.
The candidates who feel that he/she is eligible but the name is not in the list may report at the counseling venue with the original certificates. Allotment will be done after the document verification process.
