The Central Excise Department has said Rimi has failed to put forth the exact earning from the same.
New Delhi: Singer Rimi Tomy is in deep trouble. She has been given a notice by the Central Excise Department. As notice states, Rimi has not given comprehensive report of her earnings from cinema, and what she earned from her stage show performances done in Kerala, India and abroad.
The officials have said Rimi has failed to put forth the exact earning from the same.
Raids at the home and offices of Malayalam actor Dileep recently revealed that he has evaded payment of service tax, said central excise and service tax officials.
