New Delhi: Murdered teenager Aarushi Talwar's mother Nupur Talwar has filed for bail at the Allahabad High Court in the Aarushi-Hemraj double murder case. The bail application will come up for hearing on Wednesday.
The Supreme Court will on Wednesday also hear the Talwars' review petition to quash charges against them.
Meanwhile, there was some relief for the Talwars. The Ghaziabad Sessions Court has ordered the CBI to share documents related to the murder investigation with them. These include copies of CDs that are in sealed envelopes and the statement given by the first investigating officer.
The matter has now been posted for May 16 when the arguments on the framing of charges against the Talwars will begin.
