Actor hurts himself while lifting man weighing about 100 kilos.
Hyderabad: Actor Aamir Khan was injured while doing a stunt scene for the film Ghajini in Hyderabad and flew back to Mumbai Friday for treatment, film industry sources said.
The mishap apparently occurred Wednesday when Khan had to lift and throw a bulky man weighing about 100 kilos, but the actor pulled a hamstring muscle.
Directed by A.R. Murugadoss, Ghajini is a remake of a Tamil film by the same name. Actress Asin stars opposite Khan in the action-packed film whose theme revolves around revenge.
Actors Surya and Asin had acted in the Tamil original.
