How to Text Bomb People
Want to prank someone from afar? A surefire way to annoy someone is to text bomb them, which will fill their inbox with tons of fake spam messages. We'll show you how to choose the perfect target for your prank, and give you funny and creative ideas for sending text bombs manually or with an app.
Steps

Choosing Whom to Text Bomb

Pick someone with an unlimited texting plan. If you send 33 texts to someone who has to pay by the text, they will get angry when they see their phone bill. It won't take long for it to get back to you, and then you'll be in trouble. You may have to pay off the extra charges yourself.

Think of someone with whom you have a playful relationship. You don't want to text bomb someone who is too sensitive or might actually get angry. Choose someone that you can joke around with and who might get annoyed, but will ultimately think it's funny or forgive you quickly.

Don't use text bombing to bully someone. It will be easy to trace the messages back to you and there could be some very serious consequences. A victim of text bombing could claim harassment and you could have to go to civil court.

Text Bomb Manually

Open your text messaging app and choose your friend from your contacts. Try to wait until you know your friend is doing something important, like on a date or at work, and that s/he will have his or her phone.

Send random, one-letter texts or emojis. This is the quickest way to send rapid-fire texts. Hold one thumb over the "send" button and use your other thumb to randomly tap letters, numbers, symbols or emojis. Alternate between thumbs, quickly tapping a letter with one thumb, then tapping send with your other thumb, almost like playing a video game. Send as many messages as you can for as long as you can. The longer you text bomb, the more annoyed the person will be.

Send a longer message by texting one word at a time. If you actually want to say something and not just send as much gibberish to your friend as possible, break the message up and send it word by word. Don't worry about spelling--you still want to type and send as quickly as possible. Try sending the lyrics to an entire song, word by word. Send the same word over and over again. Connect with your inner two-year old and respond to everything they say by texting "why?" again and again. If you are sending the same message repeatedly, save time and copy and paste into your text box instead of typing it out each time.

Block their number. To prevent the person from retaliating, temporarily block their phone number from your phone. They will get even more annoyed when they realize they can't text you back to yell at you or to get you back with their own text bomb attack.

Text Bomb with an App

Use a website to text bomb your friend. There are websites that will allow you to enter the phone number, your message, and the number of times you'd like it sent. Then the website can do your dirty work for you, sending sometimes hundreds of text messages to the phone number.

Search for a text bombing app for your phone. Many text bombing apps have been removed from app stores after complaints, so it might be hard to track down one that works well or doesn't charge a lot of money.

What's your reaction?
