This article gives you a simple guide on how to get the Pokémon Beldum on Pokémon Emerald. It is also the same in Ruby and Sapphire. It's very easy and Beldum is extremely valuable as it evolves into Metagross.

Steps

Play the game as usual and complete the game. This seems like a very huge step. But in order to get Beldum, you must complete the game.

Fly to Mossdeep City.

Now there is a boy who when first seeing him will shout, "That's Steven's house there!" However, he may say something else and give you the item King's Rock. Go to the top left house and that is Steven's house.
